Online applications for 500 Subedar and Assistant Sub-Inspector positions open from October 27 to November 10, 2025.

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has officially opened the application process for the recruitment of Subedar and Assistant Sub-Inspector positions for the year 2025. This recruitment is part of a larger initiative to fill a total of 500 vacancies within the Police Headquarters under the Home (Police) department. Eligible candidates are encouraged to submit their applications through the official website, esb.mp.gov.in, starting from October 27, 2025, until the deadline of November 10, 2025.

In order to facilitate the application process, the MPESB has specified that candidates will have the opportunity to make necessary changes to their submitted forms until November 15, 2025. This extension allows applicants to ensure their information is accurate and complete before the examination date. The examination for these positions is scheduled to take place on January 9, 2026. It will be conducted in two separate shifts, with the first shift running from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and the second shift from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

As part of the application requirements, candidates belonging to the unreserved categories must pay an application fee of Rs 500. In contrast, those applying under the OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PwD categories are required to pay a reduced fee of Rs 250. This fee structure is designed to accommodate a broader range of applicants while also ensuring that the recruitment process remains accessible.

For further details regarding the application process, eligibility criteria, and other important information, candidates are advised to visit the official MPESB website. It is essential for applicants to stay updated on any announcements or changes related to the recruitment drive, as this will ensure they are well-prepared for the upcoming examination.

This recruitment initiative reflects the ongoing efforts by the Madhya Pradesh government to strengthen its law enforcement agencies by bringing in qualified personnel. As candidates prepare for the exam, they should focus on their studies and ensure they meet all the requirements set forth in the official notification. Engaging with the community and understanding the responsibilities associated with the positions of Subedar and Assistant Sub-Inspector can also be beneficial for prospective applicants.
