According to the foundation, many employees, families, professionals, senior citizens, and small businesses face legal uncertainty, workplace disputes, procedural challenges, compliance-related issues, and financial stress arising from legal matters. For many citizens, professional legal support often remains expensive or difficult to access.

The India Legal Protection Initiative (ILPI) aims to encourage discussion on:
