జిల్లా షెడ్యూల్ కులాల అభివృద్ధి శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో డాక్టర్ బి.ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ 135వ జయంతి ఉత్సవాలు జిల్లా కేంద్రంలోని అంబేద్కర్ చౌరస్తా ప్రాంగణంలో
ఘనంగా నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో జగిత్యాల ఎమ్మెల్యే సంజయ్ కుమార్, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ బి. సత్యప్రసాద్, జిల్లా ఎస్పీ అశోక్ కుమార్ లతో కలిసి అంబేద్కర్ విగ్రహానికి గజమాల వేసి అనంతరం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన వేదిక వద్ద గల అంబేద్కర్ చిత్రపటానికి పూలమాలలు వేసి జ్యోతి ప్రజ్వలన గావించి ఘనంగా నివాళులర్పించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే సంజయ్ కుమార్ మాట్లాడుతూ డాక్టర్ బి. ఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ దేశానికి అందించిన రాజ్యాంగం ప్రపంచంలోనే గొప్పదని పేర్కొన్నారు. సమానత్వం, స్వేచ్ఛ, సౌభ్రాతృత్వం అనే మూల విలువలను రాజ్యాంగం ద్వారా దేశ ప్రజలకు అందించారని తెలిపారు. అణగారిన వర్గాల అభ్యున్నతికి ఆయన చేసిన కృషి చిరస్మరణీయమని అన్నారు. సమాజంలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ అంబేద్కర్ ఆలోచనలను ఆచరణలో పెట్టాలని సూచించారు.
యువత విద్యను సాధనంగా తీసుకుని ఉన్నత శిఖరాలను అధిరోహించాలని కోరారు. సామాజిక న్యాయం సాధించడంలో ప్రతి పౌరుడి పాత్ర కీలకమని తెలిపారు. రాజ్యాంగం ద్వారానే ఏర్పడిన ప్రభుత్వాలు అభివృద్ధి మరియుసంక్షేమ పథకాలు అందరికీ చేరేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నాయని చెప్పారు. ప్రజలందరూ కలిసిమెలిసి ఉండి రాజ్యాంగ విలువలకు కట్టుబడి రాజ్యాంగం అందించిన అవకాశాలను ఉపయోగించుకొని వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఎదిగి జగిత్యాల జిల్లాను అన్ని రంగాల్లో ముందు వరుసలో ఉంచాలని కోరారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ బి. సత్యప్రసాద్ మాట్లాడుతూ డాక్టర్ అంబేద్కర్ భారత రాజ్యాంగ రూపకర్తగా, సామాజిక న్యాయం కోసం పోరాడిన మహానుభావుడిగా చిరస్థాయిగా నిలిచారని అన్నారు. ఆయన చూపించిన మార్గం సమానత్వం, విద్య, స్వాభిమానం అనే విలువలపై ఆధారపడి ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఆయన ఆశయాలను ఆచరణలో పెట్టి సమాజంలో వెనుకబడిన వర్గాల అభివృద్ధికి కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు.
అంతేకాకుండా, విద్య ద్వారా మాత్రమే సామాజిక, ఆర్థిక పురోగతి సాధ్యమని, యువత అంబేద్కర్ బాటలో నడిచి ఉన్నత లక్ష్యాలను సాధించాలని కోరారు.
ఆర్థిక అసమానతలను తొలగించాలంటే విద్య ద్వారానే సాధ్యమని మనందరం మన పిల్లలతో పాటు చదువుకోలేని వారికి చదువు విలువ తెలిపి చదివుకునేలా చేయాలని తెలిపారు. అంబేద్కర్ రచించిన రాజ్యాంగం ద్వారానే మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్లు, వెనుకబడిన వారికి రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించడం జరిగిందని అన్నారు. ప్రపంచ స్థాయిలోనే అంబేద్కర్ గొప్ప వ్యక్తి అని కొనియాడారు. అంబేద్కర్ స్మృతి వరం అంబేద్కర్ స్టడీ సర్కిల్, అంబేద్కర్ స్మృతి వనం, అంబేద్కర్ విగ్రహం ఏర్పాటుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
భారత రాజ్యాంగ నిర్మాత డాక్టర్ బిఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ రూపొందించిన రాజ్యాంగ ఆర్టికల్స్ () పై ప్రతి ఒక్కరు అవగాహన కలిగి ఉండాలని తెలిపారు.
రాజ్యాంగంలో పొందుపరిచిన ప్రతి ఆర్టికల్ దేశ ప్రజల హక్కులు, బాధ్యతలు, సామాజిక న్యాయం సమానత్వాన్ని పరిరక్షించేందుకు కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తుందని తెలిపారు. ముఖ్యంగా మౌలిక హక్కులు, దిశానిర్దేశక సూత్రాలు, పరిపాలనా వ్యవస్థకు సంబంధించిన ఆర్టికల్స్ గురించి సవివరంగా తెలుసుకోవాలని అన్నారు. అలాగే, డాక్టర్ అంబేద్కర్ దూరదృష్టి వల్లే భారతదేశం ఒక ప్రజాస్వామ్య, సమానత్వం ఆధారిత దేశంగా ఎదిగిందని కొనియాడారు. అనంతరం ఆయన చూపిన మార్గంలో నడవాలని, రాజ్యాంగ విలువలను ఆచరణలో పెట్టాలని అందరిని కోరారు.
అంతకుముందు అంబేద్కర్ జీవిత చరిత్ర మహనీయుల గొప్పతనం గురించి వివిధ కుల సంఘాల ప్రతినిధులు ఉపన్యసించారు. అంతకుముందు ‘కళాజాత’ కళాకారుల బృందం చే అంబేద్కర్ మహనీయుని గొప్పతనం గురించి పాటలు పాడి అందరిని అలరించారు.అనంతరం అంబేద్కర్ జయంతిని పురస్కరించుకొని కేక్ కట్ చేసి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు.
