– – ఈ సంవత్సరం 20 కేసుల్లో నిందితులుగా ఉన్న 36 మందికి జైలు శిక్షలు….
– – – నిందితులకు శిక్ష పడే విధంగా కృషి చేసిన పిపి లను అభినందించి ప్రశంసా పత్రాలు అందజేసిన ఎస్పీ గారు..
కోర్టు కేసుల్లో నేరస్తులకు శిక్ష పడేలా చేయడం, శిక్షల శాతాన్ని పెంచడం ద్వారా సమాజంలో మంచి మార్పు తీసుకురావచ్చని జిల్లా ఎస్పీ శ్రీ అశోక్ కుమార్ ఐపీఎస్ గారు సూచించారు. ఈరోజు జిల్లా పోలీస్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో కోర్టు కేసులకు సంబంధించిన కేసుల్లో నిందితులకు శిక్షల పడేలా కృషి చేసిన పీపీలు రామకృష్ణ రావు, ప్రణయ్, రాజేష్ లను అభినదించి శాలువతో సత్కరించి ప్రశంస పత్రాలను అందజేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎస్పీ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ….నిందితులకు శిక్షపడుటలో పోలీసులతో పాటు పబ్లిక్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్ల కీలక పాత్రని , పోలీసు అధికారులు,పబ్లిక్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్లు, సమన్వయo తో నేరస్థులకు ఖచ్చితంగా శిక్ష పడేవిధంగా కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు. ప్రధాన కేసుల్లో నిందితులకు జీవిత ఖైదుపడేలా కృషి చేసి శిక్షల శాతం పెరిగేలా పని చేయటం అభినదనియని అన్నారు.పోలీస్ ఆదికారులు న్యాయాధికారులతో సమన్వయం పాటిస్తూ నేరస్థులకు ఖచ్చితంగా శిక్ష పడేవిధంగా ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ బాధ్యతగా కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు. పోక్సో, హత్య కేసులను ప్రధానమైనవిగా భావించి ముందుకు సాగాలని సూచించారు. గడిచిన రెండు నెలల్లో 20 కేసుల్లో నిందితులుగా ఉన్న 36 మందికి జైలు శిక్షలు కోర్ట్ ద్వారా విదించడం జరిగిందని తెలిపారు.
