The legal profession is witnessing growing opportunities in the fields of commercial litigation, banking recovery matters, and tribunal practice. To help law students, young advocates, legal professionals, and researchers gain practical insights into these specialized areas, SAMBHAV INITIATIVE is organizing a One-Week National Online Capacity Building Program on Commercial Litigation, SARFAESI & DRT Practice.
The program is scheduled to be held from 6 June 2026 to 12 June 2026 through an online mode, enabling participants from across India to attend and learn from experienced legal practitioners and industry experts.
About the Program
Commercial Court practice involves specialized procedures designed for the speedy resolution of high-value commercial and business disputes under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
The program will also focus on proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, which empowers banks and financial institutions to recover non-performing assets (NPAs) through enforcement of security interests without direct court intervention.
Additionally, participants will gain an understanding of proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), including recovery litigation, borrower remedies, possession matters, auction proceedings, and related legal procedures.
