A tragic aviation accident at LaGuardia Airport has claimed the lives of a pilot and co-pilot after an Air Canada aircraft collided with a ground vehicle during taxiing.

The incident occurred on Monday as an Air Canada Express CRJ-900 flight, arriving from Montreal, was moving toward its gate amid severe weather conditions. During taxiing, the aircraft reportedly struck a fire truck on the runway.
