City Police Commissioner’s strong stance against adulterated goods: VC Sajjanar’s press conference
Hyderabad – March 30 The city has taken a strong stand against adulterated goods and said that no one involved in adulterated goods will be spared. Those who play with human lives for personal gain will not be tolerated. City Police Commissioner VC Sinnar expressed regret in his statement and said that today we are providing adulterated biscuits and ice cream to our children. From ginger ale used in every kitchen and every dish, everything is being provided with adulterated and defective expiry items. The Commissioner of Police said that it is heartbreaking to see these situations. The Commissioner said that human lives are protected Along with providing them, their safety and adulterated goods are free. He referred to the statement of Chief Minister Younath Reddy and reminded about this step and said that the Chief Minister took a great step and on its basis H-FAST was established in Hyderabad which is pursuing and taking action against those who sell fake, counterfeit and defective expired goods. He said that in the last one month, 61 cases were registered and 15 tons of adulterated goods were seized. The police arrested 64 people in this action. The Commissioner of Police said that more strict actions and measures will be taken.
