The General Observer for 105 Bokakhat Legislative Assembly Constituency, Himmat Singh Barhath (IAS), visited several polling stations today to assess election preparedness in Bokakhat. During the inspection, the Observer reviewed arrangements at the polling stations and evaluated the overall readiness to ensure smooth and fair conduct of the upcoming election. He emphasized strict adherence to Election Commission guidelines, transparency in procedures, and the importance of facilitating a hassle-free voting experience for all electors.

The visit was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat & Circle Officer i/c Bokakhat Debahuti Deka, along with Sector Officers, Zonal Officer, Booth Level Officers (BLOs), and other election officials. The team briefed the Observer on the measures taken to comply with election protocols and ensure preparedness. The Observer’s visit reflects the administration’s commitment to conducting free, fair, and peaceful elections in the Bokakhat constituency.
