Badwani gharGone, March 25 (UNI) Despite the administration’s efforts in Badwani and ghargone districts of Madhya Pradesh, the rush of motorists to fill up petrol pumps continued. Meanwhile, due to a dispute at a petrol pump located in Jalwaniya of Barwani district, a motorist beat up a policeman in detail. According to police sources, Jo Lua Naya Police Station In-charge Ram Kumar Patil said that a youth who came to fill petrol on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway Bypass was instructed to join the line. During this, Kamhil Akhilesh removed his motorcycle, which escalated the dispute. When the motorcycle fell, the accused threw a bottle cap and hit the oil tanker on the face, injuring him. After the incident, the accused youth left his two-wheeler and fled from the spot. The police have registered a case and started searching for him. He said that a new consignment of one lakh five thousand liters of petrol and one lakh ten thousand liters of diesel has been received in the district today. Currently, there are about five lakh petrol pumps operating at 112 operational petrol pumps.
Thirty-three thousand liters of petrol and five hundred and twenty-five thousand liters of diesel are available in stock.
