The Taluka-level sports competitions for the academic year 2025–26 commenced on 3 September. As part of these competitions, Under-14 and Under-17 cricket matches were held yesterday at the ground of Godavari Manar Public School.
In this tournament, the Under-14 cricket team of Milind Vidyalaya, Kundalwadi, emerged as the Taluka Champion for the second consecutive year, marking a proud achievement for the institution. Meanwhile, the school’s Under-17 team secured the position of Taluka Runner-up, while the Under-17 team of Godavari Manar Public School won the Taluka championship.
On this occasion, Institution President Mr. Kunal Lohgaonkar, Director Vijaykumar Lohgaonkar, Headmaster H.N. Panchal, Taluka Sports Coordinator Nandakumar Jadhav, along with all teaching and non-teaching staff of Milind Vidyalaya and Milind Primary School, congratulated the players of both teams.
Special appreciation was also extended to cricket coach and English teacher Amardeep Dagde, along with sports department members C.A. Kundalwadikar and V.S. Degaonkar, for their dedicated guidance and contribution to the teams’ success.
