It is with great honour and a deep sense of responsibility that I begin my journey as the District Reporter for Belagavi District with the Indian Press Union.

Belagavi is a district rich in history, culture, agriculture, industry, and talent. Every day, important stories unfold in our villages, towns, and city—stories of achievement, innovation, public service, and community spirit. At the same time, there are challenges that deserve attention and constructive discussion.

As a journalist, my commitment is to report facts responsibly, verify information before publication, and maintain impartiality. I believe journalism should build trust by informing the public with accuracy rather than sensationalism.

I also encourage citizens to share verified information, community initiatives, and issues that deserve attention. Together, we can ensure that important stories reach the people who need to hear them.

This appointment is not just an achievement for me—it is a responsibility that I accept with sincerity. I thank the Indian Press Union for placing its trust in me, and I look forward to serving the people of Belagavi with dedication, integrity, and professionalism.
