Minor-Driven Car Causes Fatal Accident in Yousufguda

A tragic road accident occurred in Yousufguda, Hyderabad, after a car allegedly driven by a 17-year-old minor rammed into a two-wheeler, resulting in the death of a 60-year-old man and leaving another person seriously injured.

The incident took place in Karmik Nagar while the victims were travelling on a motorcycle. According to police, the car was being driven at high speed when the driver lost control and crashed into the two-wheeler. After the collision, the vehicle continued moving and hit several parked motorcycles, causing further damage.

Local residents immediately rushed to the spot and rescued the victims. Both injured men were shifted to a nearby hospital, where one of them later succumbed to his injuries despite receiving medical treatment. The second victim is undergoing treatment.

During the investigation, police found that two 17-year-old boys were travelling in the car. Preliminary inquiries revealed that the vehicle had reportedly been taken without the owner's permission. CCTV footage of the accident has surfaced and is being examined as part of the investigation.

Police have registered a case and are continuing their investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident. Officials have once again urged parents not to allow minors to drive vehicles and appealed to motorists to follow traffic rules and drive responsibly to prevent such tragic incidents.
