BJP Announces Nationwide Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan to Mark PM Modi’s 25 Years in Public Office
New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party has announced a month-long nationwide Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi completing 25 years in constitutional public office, with a series of public-service and outreach activities planned across the country.
BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde outlined the programme following the party's organisational meetings in New Delhi. The campaign is linked to October 7, 2026, marking 25 years since Modi first took oath as Gujarat Chief Minister in 2001.
According to programme details announced by the party, BJP workers will reach more than 14 lakh Anganwadi centres and organise programmes to recognise Anganwadi workers. The campaign will also encourage cleanliness drives, tree plantation and youth participation in various service activities.
A separate 15-day Seva Setu Abhiyaan will be organised at the block level. Officials associated with government schemes will be made available with relevant documents to assist people who may not have accessed welfare benefits for which they are eligible.
The programme is part of the BJP's wider Modi@25 activities. Further state-level schedules and local programmes are expected to be announced as preparations continue.
Note: The programme details and schedule mentioned above are based on information announced by the Bharatiya Janata Party and should be cross-checked with official party communications for the latest updates.
