Rootle Launches Voice AI Gujarati 2.0 for Real Estate and Infrastructure Sector

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Enterprise AI company Rootle.ai has announced the launch of Version 2.0 of its Voice AI Gujarati platform, introducing what the company describes as a “Conversational OS” designed to support voice-based interactions for the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

According to the company, the upgraded platform is intended to facilitate multi-turn conversations in Gujarati and mixed-language environments, enabling businesses to integrate voice-based communication with existing customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and lead management systems.

Rootle stated that the platform has been developed to address communication challenges in regional markets, particularly among users who prefer voice interactions over text-based interfaces. The company said the solution is aimed at helping real estate developers, infrastructure firms, and property technology businesses improve customer engagement and service delivery.

The company further noted that the platform is designed to assist with lead management, customer query resolution, and escalation handling through automated voice interactions. According to Rootle, the system can support conversations involving Gujarati, Hindi, and English terminology commonly used in the real estate sector.

Rootle also stated that the platform incorporates features intended to support compliance with applicable telecommunications and data protection requirements. The company said these include consent management mechanisms, data handling controls, and structured record-keeping processes.

Commenting on the launch, Rootle CEO Naresh Prajapati said that voice communication continues to play an important role in property transactions across regional markets and that the company aims to provide technology solutions tailored to those requirements.

Industry observers note that the growing adoption of vernacular AI solutions reflects increasing demand for localized digital services across India’s expanding real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The launch of Voice AI Gujarati 2.0 represents Rootle.ai’s latest effort to expand its portfolio of enterprise AI solutions focused on regional language communication and business automation.
