An individual, driving a car at high speed, rammed into the Assembly gate and sped inside the premises. The car directly struck Gate No. 2 of the Assembly. As the gate gave way, the vehicle rapidly entered the complex. The driver placed a floral bouquet outside the office of ‘Speaker Vijender Gupta’ and then fled the scene in the same car.
