a) Nature of Membership
- IPU membership is voluntary and subject to internal verification and approval.
- Membership does not grant legal authority, press power, or government recognition.

b) Approval & Verification
IPU reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate membership without prior notice if submitted information is false, misleading, incomplete, or violates organizational policies.
c) Membership Validity

4. Fees, Payments & Transactions
- Membership and service fees are payable in advance through authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay.
- IPU does not store sensitive payment information.
- Transaction confirmations are subject to successful processing by the payment gateway.
5. Refund & Cancellation
All fees paid to IPU are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website. IPU reserves the right to cancel or suspend services or memberships without refund in cases of violation, misuse, or misconduct.
