Youngest Candidate Kunki Chowdhury Pitches Five-Point Agenda in Central Guwahati
Guwahati: Bringing youthful energy into Assam’s political landscape, Kunki Chowdhury, the youngest candidate from the Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP), has unveiled a focused five-point agenda for the Central Guwahati constituency ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.
Chowdhury’s campaign highlights key urban concerns, including improved drainage systems to tackle waterlogging, enhanced skill development programs for youth, and better parking infrastructure to ease traffic congestion. She has also emphasized the need for efficient waste management practices to maintain cleanliness in the city.
A major part of her vision includes the expansion of gas pipeline connectivity to ensure affordable and cleaner fuel access for residents. Chowdhury believes these measures can significantly improve the quality of life in Guwahati.
Positioning herself as a voice for the younger generation, she aims to bring practical solutions and fresh perspectives to governance in the rapidly growing urban constituency.
