The Telangana Police Department is set to undergo major administrative changes following the reorganisation of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. According to official sources, the Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Rachakonda police commissionerates will soon be restructured into a total of 12 police zones. As part of the proposed changes, the Hyderabad Police Commissionerate will be divided into six zones. Meanwhile, the Cyberabad and Rachakonda commissionerates will each be divided into three zones.
