BENGALURU: Kempegowda International Airport has once again earned international acclaim after being named the “Best Airport at Arrivals Globally” at the prestigious Airport Service Quality Awards for 2025.
The recognition was announced by Airports Council International (ACI), which conducts the ASQ Awards based on passenger feedback from airports around the world. The award highlights the airport’s excellence in providing a smooth and comfortable arrival experience for travelers.
Fourth Consecutive Global Win
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Bengaluru’s international airport has received the global award, reinforcing its reputation as one of the world’s best-managed airports in terms of passenger services and operational efficiency.
Passengers arriving at the airport have praised the facility for its efficient immigration process, quick baggage delivery, clean terminals, and well-organized transportation services. The airport’s modern infrastructure and customer-focused approach have significantly improved the overall travel experience.
World-Class Passenger Facilities
Over the past few years, Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), the operator of the airport, has invested heavily in improving services and infrastructure. The introduction of Terminal 2, often called the “Garden Terminal,” has added world-class design elements inspired by nature, along with enhanced passenger amenities.
The airport also continues to expand its connectivity, serving dozens of domestic and international destinations and handling millions of passengers every year.
