Meghalaya Karate Team Wins Gold at National Championship

Shillong, March 10: Meghalaya has brought pride to the state after its karate team secured a gold medal at the 5th KIO Senior and U-21 National Karate Championship held in New Delhi. The achievement highlights the growing strength of martial arts talent emerging from the state.
The championship, organized by the Karate India Organisation, witnessed participation from athletes across the country competing in various categories. The Meghalaya team delivered an impressive performance, demonstrating discipline, skill, and determination throughout the tournament.
