Godavarish College Observes 63rd Foundation Day and 70th Death Anniversary of Pandit Godavarish Mishra

Banpur: Godavarish College observed its 63rd foundation day along with the 70th death anniversary of Pandit Godavarish Mishra. The programme was attended by Law, Works and Excise Minister Prithviraj Harichandan as the chief guest.

Banpur Block Chairman Amarendra Ransingh and Notified Area Council Chairperson Mitu Nayak attended the programme as guests of honour. Former District Council member Dushmanta Harichandan and Chilika Block Chairperson Jyosna Behera were also present as guests of honour.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Sur Pratap Narendra Singh Burma. Subrata Kumar Tripathi welcomed the guests and introduced them to the gathering.

Administrative Officer Aditya Sarathi Vedmatta formally introduced the guests, while Captain Dr. Gurukishore Nayak proposed the vote of thanks.

Students were felicitated during the programme under the supervision of Sujit Kumar Pandey, Ankita Jena and Payosmi Mishra. Employees who had completed 20 years of service at the institution, including Sapin Kumar Parshti, Parvathy Kumar Shasmal, Surendra Kumar Sahu and Gyanendra Hota, were also felicitated under the coordination of Poodasmita Mishra.

The programme concluded with a cultural presentation by the students.
