This disturbing incident has sparked a stir at the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) in Bheemili, Visakhapatnam.
It came to light that unidentified individuals chopped off the braids of girls while they were asleep at night at the Krishnapuram KGBV.
Reportedly, the hair of as many as ten Class 9 girls was cut.
