As part of its commitment to strengthening community healthcare, HDFC Parivarthan on Wheels Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), Coimbatore, implemented by Ramky Foundation, organized a Special Dermatology Medical Camp at Konavaikan Palayam 2, Coimbatore.

The camp aimed to improve access to specialized dermatological care for the local community by providing comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for various skin-related conditions, including fungal infections, eczema, allergic skin disorders, acne, pigmentation issues, psoriasis, and other chronic skin ailments. Beneficiaries also received guidance on personal hygiene, skin care practices, disease prevention, and the importance of timely medical consultation and regular follow-up.

The initiative witnessed an encouraging response from the community and highlighted the growing need for specialist healthcare services at the grassroots level. Beyond providing quality medical care, the camp also created awareness about maintaining healthy skin, preventing common skin diseases, and seeking early treatment for dermatological conditions.
