Jintur (Correspondent), Sept. 11: A creative and inspiring workshop on making eco-friendly Ganesh idols from Shadu clay was successfully conducted on Friday, September 11, at Dr. Subhashchandra Rathi Balak Vidyamandir and Jijamata Vidyalaya, Jintur.

The workshop was attended by School Headmaster M. P. Kadam and renowned art teacher and trainer Madan More.

Guiding the students through every step of idol-making, Madan More demonstrated how to skillfully shape Shadu clay into beautiful Ganesh idols. The students participated with great enthusiasm and creativity, turning simple lumps of clay into beautiful and expressive idols with their own little hands.

Institution Secretary Raman Bhau Toshniwal visited the workshop and appreciated the students’ artistic efforts. The attractive Ganesh idols created by the young participants have earned appreciation from parents, teachers and members of the local community.

The workshop conveyed an important environmental message by encouraging students to celebrate Ganeshotsav with eco-friendly idols and to contribute towards protecting nature and keeping water bodies pollution-free.

The successful organization of the workshop was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the school’s teaching and non-teaching staff under the guidance of Headmaster M. P. Kadam.
