Today, a Gana Daputation of Rajbanshi Janajati arrived at the DM Office in Jalpaiguri. They had some allegations and demands regarding an agitation. The core issue is their language and their demand for a separate state, among others. An allegation was raised that a Rajbanshi female candidate faced some mislanguage use. Because of this, people crowded and raised the allegation. A Rajbanshi said never to expect any misbehavior from any candidate. Another demand was raised to Kandea Sarkar, like more government jobs for Rajbanshi Janajati and more facilities. Some allegations were also raised against the BJP Sarkar, claiming that the Rajbanshi people have no facilities. Today, more demands were made for free rations, free electricity bills, free gas, and more, for the Rajbanshi people. Their main demand is a separate state. The Gana Daputation was held today. Since the Left Front Sarkar to the BJP Sarkar, they have received no facilities from the government. The government misguides them and deters all facilities.
