Free Umbrella Distribution Programme Held in Ghatkopar

Mumbai: The Jawali Mahabaleshwar Yuva Pratishthan organised a free umbrella distribution programme at Dhumal Hall in Asalpha, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

Local MLA Shri Dilip Lande (Mama) attended the programme as the chief guest. Shri Jitendra Dagdu Sakpal, President of the National Shiv Swarajya Sena and State Vice President of the Shiv Sena Medical Assistance Cell, was also present on the occasion.

As part of the initiative, around 500 people benefited from the free distribution of umbrellas.

The programme was conducted by Jawali Mahabaleshwar Yuva Pratishthan President Shri Dinesh Sankpal, who also welcomed the guests and attendees.

Local Shiv Sena office-bearer Shri Balkrishna Gate, Shiv Sena branch organiser Smt. Sujata Kadam, Anita Sankpal, social worker Arif Bhai, entrepreneur Shri Vijay Shinde, journalist Shri Shivram Shinde, Mandal President Shri Dinesh Sankpal, Vice President Shri Mangesh Sankpal, Working President Shri Vijay Mane, Secretary Shri Ishwar Sakpal, Treasurer Shri Vasant Kadam and other office-bearers were also present at the event.

The organisers said the initiative was aimed at extending community support to local residents during the monsoon season.
