Great Value Sharanam AOA Defers Proposed Dharna/Anshan in Noida

Noida, September 18, 2026: The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of Great Value Sharanam, Sector 107, Noida, has announced that it will defer the indefinite Dharna/Anshan scheduled to begin on September 19, 2026.

According to the AOA, the decision was taken following discussions during the Residents’ Meeting held on September 12 and subsequent consultation with the association’s legal counsel.

The AOA said that, based on legal advice, it considers it appropriate at this stage to allow the ongoing legal and administrative proceedings to take their course. The association said the decision is also intended to avoid any action that could potentially create unintended legal complications or be interpreted differently in matters currently under consideration.

The association clarified that the deferment of the Dharna/Anshan does not mean that the concerns or demands raised by residents have been withdrawn. According to the AOA, it will continue to pursue pending matters concerning the safety, rights and interests of residents through appropriate legal and administrative forums.

The AOA also said it will continue engaging with the concerned authorities and seek resolution of issues raised by residents through lawful and appropriate channels.

The association stated that it remains committed to pursuing residents’ concerns responsibly and constructively within the appropriate legal and institutional framework.
