ROAD ACCIDENT ON JALPAIGURI HIGHWAY A road accident occurred in Jalpaiguri on NH 31. A truck or a pickup van collided head-on on the road. The pickup van was carrying a load of fish. The pickup driver was severely injured and had little chance of survival. The rescue team from Domkol and the police are present and have started the rescue operation.
