Kolkata, West Bengal: Registrations are now open for Jewel of Bengal 2026, a beauty pageant initiative that aims to celebrate confidence, individuality, and social engagement. Organised by Juris Legit CSR, the platform focuses on encouraging women from different backgrounds while promoting inclusivity, leadership, and community participation.

The pageant welcomes participants across two age categories — 18 to 40 years and 41 to 60 years. According to the organisers, there are no specific height, weight, or complexion requirements for participation. Students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, homemakers, and others interested in participating can apply for the event.

The Grand Finale is scheduled to take place on 26 September 2026 in Kolkata. Participants are expected to compete for various titles and may also receive opportunities for professional grooming, confidence-building sessions, networking, and wider exposure.

According to the organisers, the initiative aims to go beyond a traditional beauty competition by encouraging participants to develop confidence and engage with social causes and community initiatives.
