Belpahari Protest Over Alleged Sexual Assault of Tribal Minor
Belpahari, Jhargram: A protest programme was organised in Belpahari in West Bengal’s Jhargram district following an alleged case of rape and sexual assault involving a tribal minor girl.
The protesters demanded strict and prompt legal action against those accused in the case and sought justice for the minor and her family. They also urged the administration and police to take necessary steps to ensure the safety and protection of women and children in the region.
Demand for Fair Investigation
Speakers at the protest expressed concern over alleged violence against minors and vulnerable sections of society. They called for a fair and speedy investigation and demanded appropriate legal action against the accused if the allegations are established.
