Rath Yatra Celebration Held at Salt Lake Residence in Kolkata

Kolkata: A Rath Yatra celebration was organised at the Salt Lake residence of Mithu Chakraborti, where family members, friends, and invited guests gathered to mark the annual festival of Lord Jagannath.

The residence was decorated for the occasion, and idols of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra were placed for worship. Guests participated in the traditional puja and offered prayers as part of the religious observance.

The gathering also included the serving of traditional festive refreshments, providing attendees with an opportunity to interact and celebrate the occasion together.

People from different walks of life attended the programme, which focused on the cultural and spiritual significance of Rath Yatra and the values of devotion, unity, and community participation.
