Rangoli Highlighting India's Achievements Draws Attention in Yeola

Yeola, Nashik, Maharashtra: A rangoli created as part of an Independence Day-themed competition in Yeola has attracted the attention of local residents for depicting India's progress and achievements through traditional artwork.

The rangoli competition was organised by the Yeola Municipal Council as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan in connection with Independence Day celebrations. A rangoli displayed at the Mahamrityunjaya Temple became one of the attractions of the event.

The artwork depicted several milestones and developments associated with India, including the success of Chandrayaan-3, India's leadership during the G20 Summit, the Vande Bharat Express, the Digital India initiative, UPI and achievements by Indian athletes in sports.

The different themes were presented through colours and traditional rangoli designs, combining patriotic elements with artistic expression.

The programme was organised as part of the Independence Day celebrations in Yeola. According to the organisers, the objective was to encourage public participation and showcase India's achievements through creative artwork.

Parul Yeti Gujarati, Health Chairperson of the Yeola Municipal Council, introduced the concept of the programme and spoke about its significance.

The rangoli display attracted residents and visitors to the temple, with the artwork providing a visual representation of India's development and achievements.
