Retired BSNL Officer Claims Pension Delayed for 3 Months, Appeals for Resolution

A retired BSNL officer, Mr. Deepak Kumar Sinha, has reported that his pension has not been disbursed for the past three months. According to his statement, he is facing financial difficulties due to the delay and has requested the concerned authorities to look into the matter at the earliest.

Mr. Sinha stated that he is not an accused or convicted in any case and had only appeared as a witness in a BSNL-related matter. He has urged officials to clarify the reason behind the delay and restore his pension benefits if there is no administrative or legal restriction.

Pension, which serves as a post-retirement financial support system for government employees, is expected to be processed in accordance with applicable rules and procedures. Any disruption in timely disbursement can cause hardship to retired personnel dependent on it for their livelihood.

He has appealed to the concerned department to review the issue and resolve it promptly so that the pension process can be normalized.
