Despite marketing claims of a premium lifestyle, a deep dive into the building’s infrastructure reveals a staggering disregard for human life and a systematic bypass of Karnataka’s safety mandates.

The “Fake” Safety Shield

Investigations into the site reveal that the Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) currently held by the project is allegedly fraudulent. Key safety discrepancies include:

• Non-Existent Fire Doors: Contrary to mandatory fire safety codes, there are no fire-rated doors on residential floors to contain smoke and flames during an emergency.

• Electrical Hazards: Main power cables have been dangerously routed through fire ducts, a move that experts say turns a safety exit into a potential chimney of fire and toxic smoke.

• Infrastructure Failure: Contrary to approved plans, there is no connecting bridge for emergency exits, and the project has suffered significant setbacks in core structural safety requirements.

A Pattern of Negligence: The Meda Aspire Tragedy

The concerns at Meda Greens are heightened by the builder’s dark history. In a previous project, Meda Aspire in Devarachikannahalli, two lives were tragically lost due to similar safety lapses.
