After approximately 5–6 days, the product was delivered. However, upon trying the dress, the customer found that the size did not fit properly. As per the policy mentioned, she proceeded to initiate a return request through the AJIO app.

Shockingly, the return request was automatically declined shortly after being raised. The customer made multiple attempts to:
• Contact AJIO customer care via phone
• Reach out through the in-app chat support
• Re-initiate the return request
Despite repeated efforts, no proper response was received from the support team, and every return attempt failed.

The situation became more complicated when the delivery executive arrived for pickup. Upon inspection, it was noted that the product did not have a tag attached.
The customer clearly stated that:
The product was delivered without any tag or sticker.
Due to this, the pickup could not be completed, as the system did not accept the return request without a tag. Even the delivery executive was unable to process the return from his end.
