Elanpro, HCF Launch Saksham Initiative in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Elanpro, in collaboration with the Hospitality Consultants Forum (HCF), organized the Saksham initiative in Hyderabad, aimed at promoting knowledge sharing, industry dialogue, and practical solutions across the hospitality sector.

The programme brought together more than 140 participants, including chefs, hotel engineers, restaurant operators, food business owners, consultants, food handlers, facility managers, and hospitality entrepreneurs. The event provided a platform for industry stakeholders to discuss operational challenges and exchange best practices.

The one-day seminar focused on three key themes: Safety & Hygiene, Compliance & Audit Readiness, and Sustainability. Expert-led sessions covered topics such as LPG safety, kitchen ventilation and fire safety, fire suppression technologies, food safety regulations, and sustainability through gas efficiency.

The event was inaugurated in the presence of Srinivasa Murthy, Chairman, IGBC Hyderabad; S. Venkat Reddy, President, Telangana State Hotels Association; P. Sravan Kumar, Hospitality Consultants Forum; and Vishwanath Pandey, THI Consultant.

Organizers said the initiative was intended to encourage collaboration and awareness on operational, safety, and sustainability issues relevant to the hospitality industry.
