Kolkata: West Bengal marked the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2026, with state-level celebrations held in Kolkata. The event saw participation from government officials, citizens, and yoga practitioners who gathered for mass yoga demonstrations across designated venues.
Ahead of the Yoga Day celebrations, the state also observed “Paschimbanga Diwas” (West Bengal Day) on June 20, as part of official commemorative events. The day was marked with public programs and cultural activities in different parts of the state.
