According to the company, Bharatgas Lite ZIP follows a fast-track service model with minimal documentation for new connections. The company also states that refills may be delivered within four hours of booking, subject to service availability and location.

The 10 kg composite cylinder is reported to be more than 50% lighter than conventional mild steel cylinders. The lighter design is intended to make handling and replacement easier for consumers, including senior citizens and households where portability is a concern.
