Pune, June 14: Members of the Bhatkya Vimukta community have submitted a complaint to local police regarding a video circulating on social media that they claim contains remarks offensive to the community.
According to community representatives, the video has caused concern among members, who have requested that authorities examine the content and take appropriate action in accordance with the law.
Representatives stated that a complaint has been submitted at Mundhwa Police Station seeking an inquiry into the matter. Police officials have acknowledged receiving the representation. Further action, if any, will depend on the outcome of the review and investigation.
Community members have also announced a protest march scheduled for June 15. Organizers stated that the march will begin from Keshavnagar and proceed towards Mundhwa Police Station. They said the purpose of the demonstration is to express concerns over the alleged remarks and seek appropriate action from the authorities.
Organizers have appealed to participants to maintain peace and follow all lawful guidelines during the event.
