BJP Condemns Remarks on MP Arvind – Warns Against Unwarranted Criticism
Metpally (May 5, 2026):
A press conference was held at the BJP Party Office in Metpally under the leadership of Town President Dhonikel Naveen.
Speaking on the occasion, Naveen strongly condemned the criticism made by Congress leader Juvvadi Krishna Rao against MP Dharmapuri Arvind. He stated that the remarks made by Arvind were justified and accused the Congress of deliberately targeting him for political reasons.
He also made remarks comparing Rahul Gandhi’s foreign and domestic appearances, stating that the BJP has the support of the people and that Congress is losing public trust.
Naveen claimed that the BJP has been actively involved in development activities, highlighting achievements such as the establishment of national highways, bringing the turmeric board, support through MP foundation initiatives, and assisting several families financially. He also credited the central government for schemes such as ration supply, sanitation facilities, drainage systems, and LED street lighting.
He further stated that MP Arvind has earned recognition not only in Telangana but also at the national level through his development-oriented work, and warned that unwarranted criticism against such leaders would not be tolerated.
The meeting was attended by BJP Town President Dhonikel Naveen, Municipal BJP Floor Leader Dharmapuri Swarupa Venugopal, Vice Floor Leader Bodla Anand, Pudukarap Kishore, Koyalkar Lingaeshwar, Town Vice President Jungula Anil Goud, and other party leaders.
