Dr. K. N. S. Kang, Halka In-charge of Dhaka, is conducting regular Lok Milni programs in various villages under his jurisdiction to interact with local residents and address their grievances.
During these visits, Dr. Kang meets villagers and receives feedback on issues related to roads, sanitation, healthcare, education, pensions, and other local concerns. According to local residents, the initiative provides them an opportunity to directly share their problems with the administration.
Officials present during the programs note that complaints and suggestions received are forwarded to the concerned departments for necessary action.
In addition to grievance redressal, awareness regarding various government welfare schemes is also being shared with eligible residents, including schemes related to healthcare, employment, social welfare, and rural development.
The Lok Milni initiative is being conducted across different villages in the Dhaka Halka as part of ongoing public outreach activities.
