Six Youths Rescued from Armenia After MP Dharmapuri Arvind’s Intervention
Nizamabad, April 26: Six young men from Nizamabad and Karimnagar districts, who were stranded in Armenia after falling victim to fraudulent agents, have safely returned to India following timely intervention by MP Dharmapuri Arvind.
The victims had traveled to Armenia in search of employment opportunities but were reportedly deceived by agents who failed to provide promised jobs, accommodation, and basic necessities. Left in distress without proper food or shelter, the youths faced severe hardships in a foreign country.
Upon learning about their situation, MP Dharmapuri Arvind acted swiftly and coordinated with the Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate their safe return. His intervention ensured that the necessary procedures were expedited, leading to the rescue of all six individuals.
After arriving safely in their hometowns, the youths met the MP on Saturday to express their gratitude. They emotionally thanked him, stating that his timely support had saved their lives.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind assured continued support to victims of overseas job fraud and urged young people to remain cautious while dealing with recruitment agents. He emphasized the need for proper verification before traveling abroad for employment.
