HTCC-ATC has introduced a career guidance initiative aimed at helping students and working professionals make informed career decisions through aptitude-based counselling and personalized guidance sessions.

According to the organization, the program focuses on helping individuals understand their strengths, interests, and career preferences through one-to-one counselling sessions conducted by trained counsellors.

The initiative is designed for students selecting academic streams as well as professionals exploring career transitions or skill development opportunities. The counselling process includes aptitude evaluation, career discussions, and guidance intended to help participants identify suitable career paths.

The centre operates on an appointment basis between 11 AM and 11 PM to accommodate both students and working individuals.

Officials associated with the initiative said the objective is to encourage informed decision-making and provide guidance aligned with individual interests and career goals.
