SDS NRI Residency Residents Seek Clarification on Swimming Pool Facility and Related Approvals

Greater Noida, June 20: Residents of SDS NRI Residency, located in Omega-2, Greater Noida, have raised concerns regarding the availability and operation of the residential complex’s swimming pool facility.

According to residents, payments for various amenities, including the swimming pool, were made at the time of purchasing flats in 2016. While possession of the residential units was reportedly handed over during the same period, residents state that the swimming pool facility was not available for regular use for several years and has only recently been made operational.

Residents have sought clarification regarding the timeline of the facility’s development, maintenance arrangements, and the approvals required for its operation. They have also requested transparency regarding the utilization of funds collected for common amenities and details related to future maintenance and operational expenses.

Among the key concerns raised by residents are the availability of relevant approvals, safety clearances, and other documents associated with the swimming pool. Residents have also requested information regarding the reasons for the delay in operationalizing the facility and have sought a detailed account of expenditures related to its development and maintenance.

Members of the residential community have emphasized that their objective is to obtain greater transparency and clarity regarding facilities provided within the housing complex. They have expressed hope that all concerned stakeholders will engage constructively and provide the necessary information to address residents’ queries.

At the time of publication, no official response from the builder or the management regarding these concerns was available.
